Having my third and last baby, I wanted to prolong the use of pain medication as long as possible. Thanks to the amazing support I received from Katie, I made it to 9 cm without any pain meds. What is a Birth doula and how do they help
A Birth Doula is a labor assistant. We support mom's and dad's with physical, emotional, evidence-based education, and spiritual support. We offer a sisterhood of support with other doulas, lactation consultants and other information you might need to feel confident in your upcoming birth. We are non medical and non judgmental.
